Molly's Halloween Party

Molly has been planning her own Halloween party since the beginning of September. She enlisted help from Lindsey and Cousin Hannah to help make "spooky" decorations that have been taped all over her walls, bookcase, and even froggy for weeks. Today was the big day. Before the girls entered her party room, Molly warned them they might be scared because of all of her decorations. Thankfully, no one passed out from fright when they saw Molly's hand drawn ghosts and smiling pumpkins.

The party planner was all smiles until a certain party guest decided not to color her Frankenstein the EXACT way Molly wanted her to. Copeland came to the rescue and told Molly "she'd copy how she was coloring." YIKES - I had no idea I needed to coach Molly on proper hostess etiquette.

Lindsey and her friends (siblings of Molly's party guests) had their own fun in Lindsey's room. Lindsey is a much more relaxed hostess. Anything goes - to include coloring on the table, dumping all of the glue out, and coloring outside of the lines with any color you choose to use.

My control freak - I mean daughter - finally let people leave "the craft station" and head outside for more unstructured games like run 3 times around the pumpkin, and beat the pumpkin with a broom stick.

Molly sent her guests home with candy necklaces, glow sticks, spider rings and the promise of a Thanksgiving party.
