Molly and David were both excited to get an invitation to a Daddy/Daughter dance at Ann Ryan's school. On Friday afternoon, David picked Molly up from school and they headed out for Daddy/Daughter haricuts. Molly LOVED the curls and all of the product "Miss Genie" put in her hair. David also surprised her with a corsage which she thought was "lovely."
Molly came through the door around 7:45 p.m. exhausted. David said they danced for about an hour straight and then Molly wanted to sit down because she had a stomach ache. He thought it might be from the 2 cupcakes, cookie, and punch she had!?! David then proceeded to tell me, he had to dance "Shout" and a few other songs by himself????? Needless to say, David had a great time even when his date was down for the count. A funny visual of David at an Elementary School dance out there by himself, sweating, busting moves to "Shout." Once we got Molly tucked into bed, he hopped on the couch with a coke and watched cartoons. Gotta love a guy that's still a kid at heart. I know Molly, Lindsey, and I do....

What a wonderful memory of your first dance. I must admit David, you are your father's son. I sure wish I could have been a fly on the wall. So happy you both had so much fun. Molly looks like she is in her glory. xoxoxo Grammy

How sweet. Molly looks so happy. I bet David had a great time. All of the pictures are so nice. The girls are getting so big. I can't believe how time flies anymore.
